The plans consist of press events in Beijing on November 1 and Seoul on November 4 (previously announced by the Korean distributor), followed by the world premiere in London's Leicester Square that has now been brought forward to November 10, and ending with the previously announced premieres in New York City and Los Angeles - the latter confirmed to be taking place on November 17 at the Nokia Theatre LA Live.
The core group of cast and crew that will attend all the events announced today will be Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Sam Claflin, director Francis Lawrence and producers Nina Jacobson and Jon Kilik. Elizabeth Banks, Julianne Moore, Natalie Dormer, Stanley Tucci and Donald Sutherland have also been confirmed to join them at the London world premiere, whether they will also attend the New York and Los Angeles premieres is still to be confirmed.
Also to note, the Spanish distributor Entertainment One has announced today that there will be a premiere in Madrid on November 11, with Sam Claflin being the sole member of the cast attending. This hasn't been mentioned in the Lionsgate press release. Also there will be an advance screening event in Berlin on November 11 and a meet-and-greet event with Sam Claflin in Sao Paolo on November 21.
